PSHE Week 2018

Last week we had our annual PSHE Week with a strong focus on healthy eating and physical activity. Each child experienced a different type of exercise each day.

Monday: HIIT workout

Tuesday: Zumba

Wednesday: Circuit Training

Thursday: Yoga (delivered by the Year 6 pupils)

Friday: Taekwondo

The children also had the opportunity to make a different healthy snack which was then made again on Friday for parents and children during our successful ‘healthy snacks club.’  A huge thank you to all that helped with the club.

Each class made a different healthy snack throughout the week:

Class 1 and 2: Fruit Kebabs

Class 3: Terrific Tuna Tarts

Class 4: Morish Muffins

Class 5: Bagel Bruschetta

Class 6: Fruit Smoothies
